Janet Zuccarini's Gusto 54 group reimagined its east end cafe as Café ZUZU Pizzeria, keeping the warm, all day neighbourhood feel. Chef and pizzaiolo Elio Zannoni turns out big 16 inch pies, from classic to playful, alongside pastas, giant mozzarella sticks, espresso, spritzes and a bottle shop.
