DINE with Eggs Campaign: Giveaway Contest Rules
Open to legal residents of Ontario only. Governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

1. Contest Period
This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Burnbrae Farms Limited and TasteCity Media Group Inc. O/A TasteToronto (the "Contest Sponsor"). The Contest begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Contest Sponsor, The Belvedere Hotel, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of materials or services related to this Contest, and persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled are not eligible to participate. By entering, entrants agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Rules"). Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Multiple entries by the same person will void all but the first eligible entry.

3. No Purchase Necessary
To enter, visit www.dinewitheggs.com/enter and click Cast Your Vote Now. Submit your name, email address, and restaurant selection on the voting form. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into a random prize draw (see Section 5).

4. Prize Information
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won: a Getaway Experience in Kingston, Ontario, valued at $2,500 CAD.

The prize includes:

• A two (2) night stay for two (2) people at The Belvedere Hotel in Kingston, Ontario
• Two (2) Bathhouse passes
• A dining credit at the hotel's restaurant and bar

The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates. Transportation to and from Kingston, gratuities, parking, incidentals, and any expenses not expressly listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize details and redemption information will be shared directly with the winner.

All elements of the prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize has no cash value and cannot be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

5. Random Draw and Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted by an independent contest organization in Toronto, Ontario at 4:00 p.m. ET on November 23, 2026, to select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond to the notification within the stated timeframe;
• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and
• Sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release as provided by the Contest Sponsor.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or does not return the required documentation, they will forfeit the prize and another eligible entrant may be selected.

6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization, which are final and binding. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and is void where prohibited. By participating, each entrant consents to the Contest Sponsor and its agents storing, sharing, and using personal information submitted with an entry solely for the purpose of administering the Contest, in accordance with the Contest Sponsor's privacy statement available at www.burnbraefarms.com/en/privacy-policy, unless the entrant otherwise consents.

Entries are subject to verification. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity and eligibility in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the website during the Contest Period. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server, or software, or for any email or entry not received due to technical issues or internet traffic.

The use of automated, script, macro, or robotic programs to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property used by the Contest Sponsor in connection with the promotion or administration of the Contest, including trademarks, trade names, logos, promotional materials, web pages, source code, and slogans, remains the exclusive property of the Contest Sponsor or its affiliates. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
